Weight gain

To prevent this from happening again, try to eat a balanced diet.
Also, do not hesitate to participate in regular physical activity to lose weight.

You are not doing anything and you are out of breath?
It may reflect a heart problem.
Whether you need to go to the window to breathe, or if you sleep in a lightly seated position, these are also signs that never lie.
The first instinct is to see if you have pain somewhere.
Indeed, you may be prone to intercostal pain, for example.
If you are in this situation, do not wait to make an appointment with your doctor.
Your doctor will most likely ask you to do an exam in the presence of a cardiologist.
He can therefore inform you if you have problems with your heart.
A lack of physical activity

However, there is nothing serious.
You don't need to be alarmed.
However, slowly resume physical activity.
For men aged 50 and over, and women aged 60 and over, it is important to exercise for 20 minutes, at least twice a week.
