Caution : You must consult your doctor for your health. This page presents only a personal and alternative point of view which should not be considered as an attempt to prescribe medicine.
Burping all the time is not a very pleasant thing, especially since it is very badly perceived in society.
But you should know that we do not purposely belch all the time.
Indeed it comes from the fact that we have too much gas and air in the stomach and that we have to send it back.
Burping is the simple fact that you ingest too much air.
In addition, it should be noted that the fact of burping makes it possible to send excess gas back into our stomach and it is therefore important to avoid certain digestive disorders.
In most cases, this is more of a nuisance than a health hazard.
But however, you should still talk to your doctor if it becomes too frequent.
Indeed, in very rare cases, it can be the cause of a more serious disease such as an ulcer, gastritis, cancer, heart attack or others.
The healthcare professional must be able to give you a true diagnosis.
How to stop burping?
The first thing to do is with food.
Indeed, some food products increase the intake of air so you have to start by stopping consuming it.
There are, for example, chewing gum, soft drinks, candy.
Moreover, it can also come if you eat and drink too fast, if you smoke or if you talk during your meals.
These different points make it easier to swallow air and therefore burp.
By changing your eating habits, you should already see your belching diminished.
Also, don't forget to take your time to eat.
You should also not put on clothes that are too close to the body that compress the stomach.
However, if your burps are the result of a more serious illness, you should see your doctor who will be able to find you a suitable drug treatment.
Certain foods can also decrease the frequency of your roasting.
There is for example fennel, anise or celery. Drinking an infusion with chamomile or cardamom is also effective.
But burping can also be caused by a blocked diaphragm.
How to breathe to calm belching and stress?
Stress is the cause of our disorders in our body.
When we are too stressed, we often adopt a very bad breathing which triggers various problems such as the fact of always burping because the blocked diaphragm compresses the stomach.
But do not be alarmed either because knowing how to control your breathing is not that complicated.
You should know that if stress invades you, you will first block your diaphragm.
The latter is the main organ to manage our breathing.
So if you unlock it by doing small, simple exercises, you will find good breathing.
