We all have in mind the image of a wasp nest or an attacking swarm of bees.

Despite this, more often than not, we are in the presence of a few scattered individuals who do not care about us.

Their interest is mainly in the nectar of the flowers, which they eagerly forage.

These insects contribute to pollination, which is essential, and are unfortunately endangered species.

Wasp Phobia

Wasps like bees can sting when they feel threatened.

The bite may be painful, but it is not serious except for people with allergies, who in turn run a risk to life.

This risk of sting causes bees, like wasps, to induce fear, even a phobia, in some individuals, even among non-allergic people.

We are talking about apiphobia.

The upsurge in the number of Asian hornets also contributes to the appearance of it.

Fear of wasps and insects often arises after being the victim of a bite by one of these insects.

The pain felt, an allergic reaction, or having had a loved one victim of such an insect bite can for example explain the fact of having developed a phobia of bees and wasps.

The emotions felt during the occurrence of the event were very strong, very intense.

An emotional block has formed in the reptilian brain which, since then, has judged each of the individuals of these two species as dangerous and awakens symptoms of fear.

However, it is possible to overcome your fear of wasps and bees, to finally enjoy the beauty of nature serenely.

How to overcome your fear of wasps and bees?

The best way to overcome your apiphobia and be able to cross the path of wasps and bees without a panic attack is to do some work on yourself.

Self-therapy makes it possible to free oneself from emotional blockages due to the past by cleaning the reptilian brain.

As a breathing coach and yoga therapist, I am committed to supporting you in your search for well-being.

This is the reason why I have designed the complete “Detox Emotions” program for you.

Entirely natural, it relies exclusively on sequences of yoga postures of the tremor, which evacuate blocked emotions.

It thus ensures the detox of the reptilian brain, with the aim of ultimately curing the phobia of wasps and bees.

I tell you more about “Detox Emotions” in my free video workshop.
