The future holds many surprises for us.

Good or bad, nobody knows, although it's never either all white or all black.

This uncertainty brings spice to life.

If some find it exciting, others on the contrary are panicked by the future, to the point of being subject to a real phobia of the future.

Overcome Panic Fear

This uncertain nature of the future induces fear because of the lack of control we have over events.

If we strive to be an actor in our life, to control and manage our destiny as best we can, we are also led to suffer certain unwanted facts, without always being able to anticipate everything.

This panicked fear of the future is in fact closely linked to the fear of loss of control and the fear of the unknown.

These are most likely born in the past of the person who lives in fear of their future.

A traumatic event, a shock, generated in her very strong emotions.

An emotional block has formed in her psyche, and she has lived with this fear ever since, seeking maximum control and mastery over the things she can influence.

This anxiety disorder can lead to OCD, overprotective and stifling behavior towards others, or even withdrawal, with phobics feeling more secure at home than outside.
