We all love the conviviality of moments shared with family or friends, even the most independent and autonomous among us.

It is also appreciable to be sometimes alone with oneself, to enjoy a moment all to oneself, to find oneself and to recharge one's batteries.

For some people, however, this turns out to be impossible, as they plunge into a state of panic fear.

This disorder has a name: autophobia.

Panic Fear of being Alone

To be alone causes the fear of a serious danger, sometimes vital.

A presence is reassuring to them and is enough to allay their fear.

Autophobes therefore multiply social activities, sometimes just to seek companionship.

They dread living alone, and prefer to move in as a couple, roommate or even stay with their parents.

Autophobia is by no means a lack of autonomy.

It is often very much linked to a feeling of abandonment.

The loss of a loved one, a painful separation, being lost as a child ... are all factors that can trigger the phobia of isolation and loneliness.

The phobic's perception of himself is often poor, he does not love himself and does not want to be alone with himself.

This trigger generated very strong emotions which were permeated in an indelible way in the memory.

Each time the person is alone, the reptilian brain remembers the initial situation and the emotions felt at that moment, and interprets loneliness as a potential or real danger.

However, this fear, however extreme, can be overcome.

How to cure your phobia of isolation and loneliness?

Striving to get away from a group and your partner for a few moments can be a good start in the process of healing from the phobia of isolation and loneliness; by taking them out of his field of vision little by little, then continuing by obscuring their sound presence ...

As the successes met and the building of confidence, the duration of the distance may gradually increase.

However, this process can be long and painful.

Accessing your reptilian brain for a detox and the release of emotional blockages brings impressive and rapid results.

The process requires work on oneself, through self-therapy.

If the memory of the triggering emotional shock will still be present, it will be less vivid and more manageable, and the notion of phobia of isolation and of memory healed.

As a yoga therapist and breathing coach, I accompany you in your process of self-therapy to release emotional blockages.

To make it easy for you to reach your goal of overcoming your fear of being alone, my complete “Detox Emotions” program allows you to access your reptilian brain to clean it and finally make peace with yourself.

I present “Detox Emotions” to you in a free video workshop at your disposal.
