We all have to speak in public at one time or another.

From school, we have to make presentations in front of our curious comrades.

In professional life, we must intervene to present and defend cases in front of our colleagues and colleagues.

This situation can embarrass us, due to shyness.

But when the fear of speaking takes over and becomes overwhelming, the repercussions are very harmful.

The phobia of speaking then leads to isolation, withdrawal into oneself, to miss professional opportunities.
