Making mistakes happens to everyone.

More often than not, this is harmless and can even give us a useful lesson to improve.

But some people do not live with the slightest mistake, even minor.

They have such a degree of requirement and perfectionism that the slightest hitch generates extreme discomfort, uncontrolled and irrational fear.

Fear of Making Mistakes

This phobia of being wrong is not without consequence, because it often induces indecision.

People who suffer from it can thus avoid the choices and the responsibilities which result from it, both in their private life and in a professional capacity.

It prevents them from moving forward, from fulfilling themselves.

The regrets are often numerous, the desires unsatisfied, which further adds to the unhappiness.

The fear of making mistakes is a sign of a lack of self-confidence.
