There are people who appreciate solitude.
They like the moments of calm that it allows, with the possibility of finding themselves, of taking stock, of recharging their batteries by being in front of themselves.
But for others on the contrary, loneliness causes great fear, which can go as far as phobia.
Loneliness is unbearable to them. They need a presence at their side to be reassured, otherwise the discomfort is keen.
This inability to live alone encourages them to multiply contacts, outings and activities to delay as much as possible the fact of being alone.
However, this does not mean that phobics are not independent.
The fear of loneliness has its origins in the past of the person who suffers from it, often in his early childhood.
It is indeed very early that the faculty to remain alone without fear.
Having lived with distant people or having experienced painful separations from loved ones, such as a death, hospitalization, incarceration ... can for example be triggers, having generated a feeling of being helpless, of experiencing a abandonment, great loneliness.
Whatever it is, the event was so emotionally strong that blockages formed in the subconscious, at the level of the reptilian brain.
The prospect of living alone has since been systematically associated with a feeling of unease and danger.
The phobia was born.
Fortunately, it is possible to get rid of it, by a simple measure.
What to do when you are afraid to live and be alone?
Limiting moments of loneliness by focusing on having a rich social life is not a lasting solution.
Going out when the desire is not there or practicing an activity in which you do not find interest just so as not to be alone does not promote development.
There is a much more effective and less restrictive solution to implement when you are afraid of living by remaining alone: the release of emotional blockages.
Indeed, it is possible to do a detox cure to your reptilian brain to free it from the emotions of the past, whatever their strength or the duration of their blockage.
The process can be followed in self-therapy.
