Life is made up of ills and despite all our precautions in terms of personal hygiene and hygiene of life, none of us is safe from falling ill.

While most of them are benign, other diseases are much more serious.

Their symptoms disrupt well-being and daily life.

The idea of contracting an illness can be scary, even phobia.

Overcome the Fear of Getting Sick

We distinguish between hypochondria and nosophobia.

The hypochondriac is convinced he is ill.

He watches for all the symptoms, imagined or real, which may go in the direction of his idea.

As for the nosophobic, he does not feel sick, but is afraid of becoming so.

He especially fears diseases that can lead to death.

The fear of falling ill, therefore hypochondria, most often comes from a past experience, such as symptoms not taken care of in time and which have progressed to a more developed disease or even having a genetic predisposition to develop a disease.

that did not start ...

The fear of falling ill can also be linked to the fear of death, the fear of aging or the fear of losing control.

How to cure disease phobia (nosophobia)?

The phobia of diseases, nosophobia, can also be the legacy of a moment of the past.

Having contracted a contagious disease, knowing a condemned loved one, can trigger the fear of disease.

Whether it is hypochondria or nosophobia, the traumatic shocks of the past are not foreign to the development of these irrational and uncontrolled fears.

The emotions they aroused were felt with such force that emotional blocks were formed.

The reptilian brain has since analyzed falling ill as something dangerous.

However, it is possible to overcome his phobia.

Of course, maintaining impeccable hygiene, both in terms of hygiene of life and cleanliness, is essential.

Provided, however, not to go into excess, for example at the risk of developing OCD.

Participating in preventive and screening examinations is also extremely important, regardless of the diagnosis made.

If no disease is found, it is reassuring, and if not, it should be remembered that an early diagnosis increases the chances of recovery.

But to cure disease phobia, it is necessary to release emotional blockages.

It is for that to follow a self-therapy, which will give access to the reptilian brain to clean it in depth.

From my yoga therapist and breathing coach skills, I designed the “Detox Emotions” program to allow you to release blocked emotions and detoxify the reptilian brain.

It is completely natural and can be taken by all volunteers.

It is performed in self-therapy and consists of yoga postures of tremor.

I present the “Detox Emotions” program in detail in my free video workshop.
