School is a landmark of childhood.

It is the place of meetings with friends, games, learning, socialization, autonomy.

But it can also be a source of great anxiety, the object of a school phobia.

Overcome School Phobia

This phenomenon of extreme anxiety about school life is more and more frequent, even among children who have not experienced any real inconvenience during their schooling.

Although interested in the learning offered, the students feel very anxious when it comes to going to school.

It is difficult for them to pass the school gate.

A high rate of absenteeism is also often observed.

This phobia can even lead to dropping out of school.

The authorities are more and more aware of this phenomenon, and measures can therefore be taken within schools to facilitate the education of students in distress as much as possible.

However, the anxiety, the anguish and the fear felt are personal feelings, emotions that must be learned to manage by oneself to hope for a lasting and saving appeasement of the school phobia.

What to do when a child or teenager is afraid to go to school?

When faced with a child who is ill at the idea of going to school, you must of course first inform the teaching and extracurricular team.

It is important to put words on the evils, to eliminate a serious problem, such as bullying, for example, and find solutions to facilitate the education of the child concerned as much as possible.

You have to know how to listen to it and accompany it.

However, for a lasting and saving well-being, it is necessary that the child can learn to release his emotions.

He must understand that all emotions, both positive and negative, are normal.

Then, work to manage them can be started.

It goes through breathing. It is a normal, innate phenomenon, but which unfortunately gets out of hand under the effect of stress and anxiety.

It is possible to regulate breathing, by exercise only, without medication or other substances.

The child can therefore begin his breath normalization process.

Normalizing breathing allows the child to relax his diaphragm.

Her body relaxes and feels less of the effects of anxiety.

His energy can then be mobilized by his mind, to put things in perspective.

It is also a means of accessing its reptilian brain, which sends it its warning signals in the face of schooling.

The reptilian brain can then receive suggestions to change its interpretation of situations.

But that's not all, there are also dozens of other techniques to free yourself from your phobias.

My work as a breathing coach and yoga therapist led me to conceive my own concept of emotional liberation, which easily allows blocked emotions to be released.

I present my method and its effects on well-being to you in a free video workshop, made available to you.
