Jealousy is a feeling that can come up at any time.

It can relate to different supposed or real aspects of the lives of others, such as professional success, sentimental life, standard of living, beauty, material goods ...

This emotion affects both children and adults, without distinction.

Jealousy Towards Others

Jealousy is a feeling that actually hides a lot of pain in yourself.

It is notably the expression of a lack of self-esteem and hides unconscious fears such as fear of the gaze of others, fear of missing out, fear of aging or even fear of rejection, for example.

It is not always easy to admit that you feel jealousy towards someone else, and it often generates suffering, such as sadness and shame.

This jealousy towards others often stems from a trauma that arose in the jealous person's past.

This event greatly damaged his self-confidence, the emotions he felt assailed him.

An emotional blockage has formed in his psyche, has permeated the reptilian brain.

The jealous person has since been unconsciously convinced that he is not up to the task, that the other is superior to him, on one or more planes, on which jealousy ends up focusing.

The reptilian brain assimilates the other as a threat.

However, it is possible to better manage your jealousy towards others, for more peaceful relationships, and to feel less envy towards them.

The solutions to manage your jealousy of projection (envy)?

It is important to reflect on the causes of your jealousy in order to be able to take the appropriate measures to better manage it.

For example, if it is linked to the fear of missing out, taking stock of one's property and assets can provide reassurance.

Knowing the person better also allows less idealization.

We must put things into perspective by remembering that perfection does not exist.

Everyone has their qualities and their faults, their strengths and weaknesses, and that's good.

But to manage effectively and in all circumstances his jealousy of projection, it is useful to release the emotional blockages that determine the perception of the reptilian brain, by constantly rekindling the envy.

I put my yoga therapist and breathing coach skills at your disposal to assist you in your process of better managing your jealousy and your envy towards others.
