Therapeutic hypnosis can help overcome your fear, and even your phobias.
How to overcome fear through hypnosis?
It's about being able to dive deep into yourself.
When we talk about hypnosis to conquer fear, we are not talking about show hypnosis, but rather therapeutic hypnosis.
There are several forms, such as classic hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, humanist hypnosis, or the new hypnosis strongly inspired by NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
If these different types of hypnosis have different methodologies, all agree on one point in order to overcome a fear: to solicit the reptilian brain.
The reptilian brain is the area of the brain that analyzes situations to determine which are potentially dangerous and which are harmless.
The fear therefore comes from an interpretation of a situation given by the reptilian brain.
The past experiences are memorized and classified by it.
Some situations are also considered dangerous by association of ideas.
For example, some people are afraid to travel by plane even though they have never taken this mode of transport.
Hypnosis to cure your phobia
Hypnosis is therefore effective in managing and curing his phobia because it aspires to influence the reptilian brain.

Ericksonian hypnosis is more subtle, it is a path of thought that leads to convince the reptilian brain to interpret things differently.
The new hypnosis is also part of this lineage, with in addition to the known principles of NLP.
Whatever hypnotherapy is followed, the results of the latter will only be optimal if you are fully receptive, focused and able to dive into yourself to face your fear.
This is only possible with normalized breathing.
Before starting hypnosis therapy, it is therefore necessary to regulate your breathing and learn to regulate your breathing.
