How to increase your intelligence naturally?

It's a fact that we always have something to learn.
If we are endowed from the birth of innate natural capacities, knowledge is acquired and intelligence is worked on day after day. How to increase your IQ and intelligence? The solution.
How to measure your IQ?
The IQ, or the Intellectual Quotient, is a tool for measuring the degree of an individual's intellectual capacities and his faculty to reason.
These are psychological tests aimed at determining the mental age of the individual.
Depending on the results obtained in the tests, the IQ is evaluated on a graduated scale, making it possible to situate the individual in relation to these congeners.
The average is located at 100.
A result below 90 suggests that the capacities, at time T, are lower than what the majority of individuals of the same age can mobilize.
Above 110, the abilities are superior to those of the majority of individuals.
How to develop your intelligence?
While some individuals are more able to retain information than others and make better use of their abilities, intelligence takes many forms and can be improved.
We can, for example, distinguish between memorization skills, acquired knowledge and reasoning.
With experience, we develop our intelligence. Our experiences, happy or unhappy, remain in memory and develop our capacities for reaction and reflection.
Our knowledge can be constantly expanded, by simple measures: doing experiments, opening your mind to new things, reading, listening to music, stimulating your thinking through games ...
These actions, as well as the practice of regular physical activity and the fact of eating healthily, also make it possible to improve its memorization abilities, making learning and the development of intelligence easier.
How to become intelligent through breathing
Breathing is also a key element in increasing your IQ and intelligence.
Memorization will be greatly facilitated and intellectual capacities stimulated if the body and the brain are properly oxygenated.
The dosage must be precise, because the oxygen, in excess or in deficiency, will generate dysfunctions interfering on the faculties to mobilize its capacities.
The wrong dosage occurs in the event of improper breathing.
This causes a blockage of the diaphragm, the muscle of respiration, which itself causes other dysfunctions.
The body then draws energy to try to remedy it, which reduces the resources available to accentuate intelligence.
The fact of feeling less intelligent or limited on certain subjects, discomfort, stress ... can cause this blockage of the diaphragm.
However, it is possible to free the diaphragm, to normalize your breathing and therefore to be able to regain your full capacities to mobilize your knowledge and to acquire new ones.
Loris Vitry, breathing coach, yoga therapist, and designer of intermittent breathing, explains in more detail in his complete video workshop, made available free of charge to all, the key role of breathing and its impacts.
He also gives us his best advice to normalize the respiratory rate, backing up his remarks by the most frequently encountered disturbances, but easy to correct.
