How to increase your chi or ki energy ?

Ki is a Japanese term which represents a concept revolving around a spiritual principle on the beginning of the universe which serves to connect things and men.
It is a force of life or an energy which makes it possible to live better and to be in better health both physically and psychologically.
Chi is based on breathing and physical exercises then there is a second phase to develop your chi from a spiritual and energy point of view.
These exercises are to be done for the realization of your life force.

As I just said, you have to start by working your breathing with a few exercises.
Sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight, feet on the floor, and knees apart in line with the shoulders.
If you prefer to get on the floor, you should get into the lotus position or kneel.
Once properly installed, start by taking a deep breath, focusing only on yourself and especially on your inhale and exhale. For the development of your ki, you need to have deep breaths to swallow a lot of air.
These exercises should be done until you fully master this breathing.
Then you can use it as soon as the need arises.
When you do your breathing, it is essential not to think of anything other than your mind and its emptiness.
Another method of breathing is square breathing.
Sit down, then you have to inhale and hold your breath for 5 seconds then you have to breathe out and hold your breath again.
To increase his chi, the second phase involves physical activities such as taïchi which is intended to find the point of balance of his ki.
You have to start with simple movements to become familiar with this art.
Tai chi is a set of movements to be done slowly and smoothly to have a connection and a relationship with your chi and breathing.
To fully understand this activity, it is best to take lessons.
Once you have mastered Tai Chi, you can move on to focusing on your energy.
For this there are relaxation exercises to relate the soul, the mind and the body.
