How to cure noise phobia (misophonia)?

Noise is a recognized nuisance.
It is everywhere: in the street, at work, sometimes even at home, in short: everywhere.
It upsets many people on a daily basis, and the repercussions of the discomfort caused on health are not neutral.
For some people, this goes way beyond just annoyance.
It is a real phobia that develops. This has a name: misophonia.
The misophone is sensitive and disturbed by the slightest noise, even the most harmless that other people do not even notice.
For example, the sound of chewing, a loud yawn, a loud sneeze, or a tic of speech can be unbearable when coming from others.
The phobia manifests itself most often by reaching the limits of patience, with symptoms of annoyance, nervousness, heart palpitations ...
